3.1.1 Magistrates’ courts
Magistrates’ courts only have a limited civil jurisdiction, that is , family/domestic proceedings related to children or marriage/matrimony. (主審刑事案件，但可受理family proceedings類少數(shù)民事案件，主要包括children和marriage/matrimony;民刑通吃；最底層法院，因此只受理一審案件)
