Definition of functional currency-記賬本位幣的定義
The functional currency is the currency of the primary economic environment where the entity operates.
The presentation currency is the currency in which the entity presents its financial statements.
Monetary items are cash, and assets and liabilities to be received or paid in a fixed or determinable amount of currency. E.g. Cash, receivables, payables.
Non-monetary items are other items in the statement of financial position. E.g. Non-current assets, inventory and investments.
