Automatic overseas test-海外居民測試
The automatic overseas test must be considered first.
The automatic overseas tests treat an individual as not resident in the UK in a tax year if that individual:
1) Spends less than 16 days in the UK in that tax year and was resident in the UK for one or more of the three previous tax years; or
2) Spends less than 46 days in the UK in that tax year and was not resident in the UK for any of the previous three tax years; or
3) Works full-time overseas throughout that tax year and does not spend more than 90 days in the UK during that tax year
