PMS are systems in an organization by which the performance of an organization is measured, controlled and improved.

Performance measurement is an essential part of performance management.

Different performance measurement methods are used in checking progress towards the corporate objectives.

In order to manage a company's performance to help it to achieve its corporate objectives it is necessary to:

Effective budgetary control

Appropriate information systems

② Improve business processes such as:

Information systems

Environmental management

Transfer pricing

Quality management
