Action for the price: if one party failed to pay the agreed price, the innocent party can bring action against the debtor to recover the sum.

Quantum meruit: Latin term which means “as much as is deserved”. Payment for the value of goods or services aspartial fulfillment of a contract. This happens when one party has performed part, and the other repudiates the contract.
